HTC Provides Free Purified Drinking Water for All!
Holy Trinity College is deeply committed to the health and comfort of everyone who steps onto our campus. As part of this commitment, we proudly provide free purified drinking water to students, staff, and visitors. This initiative reflects our belief that access to clean water is not just a necessity, but a vital part of creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing learning environment.
To ensure convenience and accessibility, purified water fountains have been installed in strategic locations throughout the school. Whether you are heading to class, taking a break between meetings, or simply visiting the campus, you will find these fountains placed in high-traffic areas such as academic buildings, administrative offices, the cafeteria, and outdoor walkways. Each unit dispenses water that meets rigorous standards for cleanliness and safety, giving everyone peace of mind with every sip.
This program also supports our sustainability goals by encouraging the use of reusable water bottles and reducing reliance on single-use plastics. By making purified water freely available, we help foster a culture of environmental responsibility while promoting hydration and wellness.
At Holy Trinity College, we take pride in the small but meaningful ways we care for our community. Providing free drinking water is just one of the many ways we show that every person on campus matters.
This supports our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in fostering:
- SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation). Holy Trinity College provides free purified drinking water to students, staff, and visitors through strategically placed fountains across campus. This ensures safe, accessible hydration while promoting sustainable practices like reusable bottles and conscious water use.
- SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Holy Trinity College promotes the use of reusable water bottles, helping to reduce reliance on single-use plastics across campus. This initiative supports waste minimization by discouraging disposable containers and encouraging environmentally conscious habits. Through these everyday practices, the college fosters a strong culture of sustainability that empowers the community to make responsible choices.
- SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being). Holy Trinity College ensures access to clean drinking water, recognizing it as a basic health necessity for all. This initiative supports hydration and wellness across the campus community, contributing to the physical and mental well-being of students, staff, and visitors. By prioritizing health and comfort through accessible purified water, the college enhances the overall learning environment and fosters a space where everyone can thrive.
